1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Btkig ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and our website at clubcomp1899.xyz (the "Website"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand how your data is handled.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we automatically collect the following information:
Anonymous Identifier
On first launch, the App generates a unique anonymous identifier that is stored on your device. This identifier does not contain any personal information and is used to distinguish your app installation. It persists until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
Device Language and Region
The App detects your device's language and region settings to provide content in your preferred language.
Advertising Identifier
The App collects your device's Google Advertising ID for attribution purposes — to understand how users discover and install the App. This identifier is shared with AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution and marketing analytics service. AppsFlyer also collects:
- An installation identifier tied to your app installation
- Attribution data, including the source of your app installation (e.g., organic search, an advertising campaign) and the campaign name, if applicable
- Install referrer data (how you arrived at the Play Store listing)
- Additional device data (IP address, device model, OS version) as part of its standard operation
Your anonymous identifier is also shared with AppsFlyer.
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Push Notifications
The App sends push notifications using Google Firebase. When you allow notifications:
- A unique push notification token is generated for your device
- The App subscribes to notification topics based on your device's language setting
- Google Firebase collects device information (device model, OS version, app version) as part of its standard operation
Push notification permission is requested at runtime on Android 13 and later. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

2.2 Built-in Browser
The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage, which are standard browser features used by the websites it loads. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.
2.3 Local Data Storage
The App stores various types of data locally on your device to provide its features:
- Gaming session reservations (including name, phone number, device type, date, time, and spot number)
- Cart items and order history (item details, prices, order totals)
- Event registrations (event name, participant name, contact information)
- QR codes for reservations and orders
- App preferences (such as whether you have completed the onboarding screen)
This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear all locally stored data by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
2.4 Android Backup
The App supports Android's automatic backup feature. If you have backups enabled on your device, your app data (including reservations, cart items, order history, and event registrations) may be backed up to your Google Drive account. These backups are:
- Encrypted and private to your Google account
- Automatically restored when you reinstall the App on the same or a new device (if signed in with the same Google account)
You can control backup behavior in your device settings under Settings → System → Backup (the exact path may vary by device). For more information, see Google's Android Backup documentation.
2.5 Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
- Your name and email address
- A subject line describing your inquiry
- A description of your question or the issue you encountered
- An optional file attachment — you can take a photo using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, PDF, Word document, or text file) through your device's file picker
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- To send push notifications about gaming sessions, events, and updates
- To understand how users discover the App (attribution analytics)
- To respond to your support inquiries
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
